3. Custom Orders

All custom and personalized items are final sale.

Once a custom order has been approved and processed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, sizes, and design approvals before confirming custom orders.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Pressed & Paid Tees is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout.

 

5. Local Pickup (Hampton Roads / 757)

Local pickup orders must be collected within 14 days of notification.

Orders not collected within this timeframe may be canceled without refund.

Custom items, sale items, and promotional items are final sale.

 

7. Intellectual Property
