At Pressed & Paid Tees, we take pride in delivering high-quality, bold statement apparel. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns (Ready-to-Wear Items Only)
We accept returns on non-custom, unworn, unwashed items within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- No stains, deodorant marks, or odors
- Must be in original condition
- Must include proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once received and inspected, approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)
The following items are FINAL SALE:
- Custom shirts (names, photos, events, reunions, birthdays, etc.)
- Sale or discounted items
- Holiday or limited edition drops
- Local pickup orders not collected within 14 days
Because each custom piece is made specifically for you, we do not offer refunds on personalized or made-to-order items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
We will gladly replace verified errors caused by us.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued:
- As store credit
- Or back to original payment method (if approved for damage/error cases)
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please review our size chart before ordering.
Pressed & Paid Tees is not responsible for incorrect size selection.
Color and design placement may vary slightly due to screen resolution and printing process.
Local Pickup (Hampton Roads / 757)
Local pickup orders must be collected within 14 days of notification.
Unclaimed orders may be forfeited without refund.
